  • Valid for 6 years and 6 months
  • Attached to the property, even if sold
  • Non-transferable between contractors
  • Claims must be made within specific timeframes
  • Coverage limits apply
  • Affected if payments exceed contractual/legal allowances
  • Cannot be renewed once expired
  • Does not cover commercial projects
  • Is not a substitute for home and contents insurance

Construction Phase

Throughout construction, you’ll receive regular updates, join us for milestone check-ins, and walk through your evolving home. You’ll have full visibility, knowing exactly what’s happening, every step of the way.

Home Sweet Home & Beyond

We’ll hand over your completed home with a detailed walkthrough. But our relationship doesn’t end there. We’ll follow up after you’ve settled in to ensure everything is just as it should be.
