Absolutely. If you already have a block of land, we can design and build a home tailored to your site. The process begins with a site assessment to evaluate factors like slope, soil type, and orientation, followed by selecting or customising a home design that works with your land and lifestyle.

We build across Brisbane and wider South East Queensland, including key growth areas in North Brisbane (such as Griffin and Kallangur), South and West Brisbane (including Redbank Plains, Doolandella, and Ripley), as well as the Sunshine Coast. We partner with leading developers to secure quality land in established and emerging communities.

You may be eligible for the $30,000 First Home Owner Grant if you are purchasing or building a new home valued under $750,000, have signed a contract between 20 November 2023 and 30 June 2026, and meet residency and occupancy requirements. After this period, the grant is expected to revert to $15,000, so acting sooner may maximise your benefit.
