Meet Karen,
Administrator
Karen began her career in construction with a major home builder in Sydney where she discovered her passion for the industry and gained valuable experience in the home-building process. After relocating to Queensland she continued her journey with another builder until the business was sold. In April 2024 she joined UrbanLuxe Projects bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on experience.
As our Administrator Karen plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Her responsibilities span a wide range of tasks including purchase orders, maintenance coordination, booking trades, managing Forms 21 and Fencing Agreements, handling payroll and superannuation, reconciling accounts, arranging meetings and events, and overseeing utility connections. She’s also the friendly point of contact for keeping clients updated on their new homes.
Karen takes great pride in the quality homes UrbanLuxe Projects delivers and enjoys working alongside Nick, Scott, our site supervisors Dean and Brendan, and more recently Michael and Alex in Business Development.
